The hardest thing for me to do last week was watch Jon Stewart say goodbye. I knew it was coming. He told me early this year that he was going to do it. Yet when it finally happened, it left a sense of loss. At this moment I’m in shock, but as time goes by, every time someone posts a video of yet another asinine comment I’m going to wonder, “What would Jon say about this?” I’m going to scour the Internet for old videos that show how happy we were when he was taking on the insanity of politics in America. Every time I see Steven Colbert, Larry Wilmore, and Jordan Klepper… I’m going to remember Jon Stewart—and I’m going to miss him.
